The cold temperatures have not kept work from getting done at Newbury! Our contractor continues to make good progress breaking up the old foundations on site, see the latest photos below.
The photo above shows the crews at work removing all of the remaining material from foundation demolition.
Once the debris has been loaded up into the trucks, it is being stockpiled on site until our concrete crusher arrives, and we can begin to turn it into an aggregate that can be reused on site.
This photo shows the contractor jackhammering into a deeper foundation to remove it from the site.
Lastly, this photo was taken at the southern end of the site (closest to the tunnels) and shows an area where the foundation and debris are now completely removed.
