Kelly Smith comes to EQA and Newbury with an extensive background in the new home industry. Her years of experience have taught her to recognize when a community offers something extraordinary. For this reason, she is excited to be a part of the Newbury team.

After graduating from Westminster College in 1991, Kelly began her sales and marketing career in the food service industry. In 1998, Kelly found her true calling in the new homes industry where she has developed a passion for helping her customers establish the American dream by finding a place to call home.

Kelly has resided in South Fayette township since 2001 with her husband and two daughters. She is excited for what Newbury will bring to the community in which she has chosen to raise her family.
