This construction update will provide a quick look at the existing homes of Newbury, some views of the Carriage Homes and Townhomes, and an update on Phases 2 and 3.

These three shots provide a great look at the streetscape of Newbury. The first photos shows Park Homes on the left and Cottage Homes on the right. With the close setbacks, street trees, sidewalks and street lights, they’re may not be a more picturesque neighborhood.

The first townhome building is nearly complete and features 6 units of maintenance-free living. Construction of the next townhome building is set to begin shortly and will be located across the street.

The first Carriage Home has been completed and S&A Homes currently has the unit set up as a model home open for tours. These 2-unit buildings are also maintenance free, while offering a little more room than the townhomes.

Here is a glimpse of the Phase 2 cul-de-sac. There are only 3 lots remaining in this phase, which features Manor and Park homes exclusively. The last shot above provides a look at the backyard of one of these homes. The lots in Phase 2 could be considered the best backyards in the entire development.

Site work on Phase 3 has also begun at Newbury. The site work and utility work should be completed in the next few months. This phase will feature a variety of home types, so stayed tuned for the official unveiling of Newbury newest phase.
