Phase 2 of Newbury boasts some of the largest and best lots in the community, which is why we are extremely excited that a road has been paved allowing construction to begin. This phase features Manor and Park homes with spectacular views of the entire region. We’ll start this update with a few shots of the entrance to Phase 2 and its relation to the rest of the development. You can see in the first two photos that Phase 2 is closer to the main entrance for Newbury, but is secluded as it’s own section of the development.

The Phase 2 road runs perpendicular to the main site drive and continues across most of hill, which provides some incredible views of the area. Click on the last photo from this series, for a look at this view.

Here are a few pictures of lots on the northern side of the Phase 2 road. These lots extend over 150′ from front to back and include further open space that can be dedicated to the lot.

The two shots show the southern side of the Phase 2 road. These lots were built as low-side lots in order to allow the homes to feature walkout basements to enormous back yards.

We end this post with a few shots leading you back to the main site drive. Again, we are extremely excited at how quickly this phase has progressed and the current sales prove that the community is excited as well. Construction will be starting soon on these new additions to Newbury, so be sure to continue to check back for future updates.
