Construction of Phase 3 at Newbury began a few weeks ago and has progressed quickly with the recent string of great weather. With Phase 3 comes 46 premier new lots as well as the addition of the Newbury’s community park. The park has been designed and will feature some fresh and beautiful landscaping as well as a sled-riding hill with both expert and beginner slopes, a playground, and a hotly anticipated fire pit area complete with patio and benches. This park furthers emphasizes Newbury’s belief in community and it is our hope that this area become the central meeting place for all of the residents.
