The grand opening of our near zero energy and solar model home, which will also serve as the Newbury Sales Center, was a huge success.  Approximately 175 guests were treated to a tour of this model home that showcases the advanced Systems-Built approach.  This method allows Eco-Craft to build virtually any home  in as little as 90 days, compared to the 6-12 months required for conventional onsite construction.  Guests were impressed with the design and quality of this 2200 square foot, 4 bedroom home.

The evening featured catering by Bella Sera.  Owner and Chef, Jason Capps, and his team provided menu items prepared mostly from organic, locally sourced ingredients as a kick of to his PeasOut Project. The PeasOut Project plants seeds for healthy change that encourage local communities to plant gardens, eat and preserve seasonal foods from local sources. For more information visit www.peasout.org

Entertainment was provide by the legendary Eric Johnson, Pittsburgh’s own jazz guitarist.
