The stated broker or agent hereby registers the following potential buyer with NEWBURY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES, LP ("Developer"). Registrations completed online will require a verification in writing by client prior to the execution of a sales agreement. If buyer executes an Agreement of Sale and Purchase with the homebuilder within 30 days of registering and a closing on the dwelling occurs, the broker or agent shall receive: 2.5% commission on a "to be built" home. The commission will be based on the HUD 1 Sales Price. Half of the commission will be paid upon execution of the formal sales agreement and the remaining balance will be paid at the closing.

In the event a potential buyer has more than one referral broker or agent execute an Agreement of Sale and Purchase with NEWBURY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES, LP., the agent who first registered the potential buyer shall receive the applicable commission in accordance with the terms of this Registration Form. A written referral must be received prior to or at the time potential buyer registers with the Newbury sales team. No commission shall be paid if potential buyer arrives at the Newbury sales office without a written or online referral having been delivered to NEWBURY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES, LP.

All referrals shall be valid for a period of 30 days. Upon the expiration of the 30 day period, no commission shall be payable to the broker or agent unless otherwise agreed to by Newbury Development Associates, LP.
